dati nga pwede na pentium 3, 1GB RAM eh..hehe the latest processors are usually more than enough for most of today's jobs. i guess depende na lang yan sa work load, length of video, effects used and more importantly, patience mo to edit. imho _________________ "Light travels faster than sound. that will do the job but as they say, what you have is what you get. the higher the specs, the faster you will finish your work.. |

i7 is perfect for video editing
proc speed is probably most important i think in video rendering and effects. Premiere CS5 loves 8 cores. |

i7 2600 is great for video editing.
But you have to look at the whole system as a whole. make sure walang weak links sa memory, mobo, video card hdd etc |

| Intel has a long history of releasing the fastest processors on Earth, and it's continuing that tradition with the Intel Core i7. The Core i7 3960X may be the world’s fastest desktop CPU, but it really requires a heavily threaded workload to prove it, and listen up gamers noting that What the 3960X doesn’t do is make your gaming experience any better or speed up the majority of desktop applications. |

I suggest that you also consider your graphics card aside from i7 core processor...........it is better to use high speed video card too........ |
